Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancel your order is easier with ShopNets. You can now cancel your order in packed or shipped status – but within 24 hours of placing your order. The cancellation option is available on our website and mobile site. Cancellation is applicable on items purchased on sale too. Amount that you pay us for any product/item will be credited into the same payment mode using of the payment was made. 

Please Note – No Refund is Applicable after the products/Items are shipped. 

Cancellation policy is applicable to product/item, if it is damaged from our end. 

How Can You Cancel Your Orders?

It is far easier as you can cancel your orders by tap on “My Orders” section at our website and select the item or order that you want to cancel. 

Refund Policy

No refund will be made, if you had selected “Cash on Delivery”. There is no amount refunded because you haven’t paid for your order.

You will get refund amount as per your refund policy within 7 to 10 days from the time of order cancellation, if you made payments via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking or Wallet. 

In case of making payment from PhonePe Wallet, the amount will be credited in case of cancellation immediately.
