JEE Main result 2024 for Session 1 is out. Candidates can visit the NTA official website to view or download the scorecard. JEE Main Registration window is now open for the session 2 exam and the last date to apply is Mar 2, 2024. Further, JEE Main Session 2 exam will be held between Apr 4, 2024, and Apr 15, 2024, and the result will be declared on Apr 25, 2024. MBA admissions for 2024-26 batch are open and the last date to apply is Mar 31, 2024 (tentative). Further, the list of candidates selected for GD/PI will be published tentatively on Apr 15, 2024.

National Institute of Technology, Calicut is one of the top-ranked Architecture institutes in India. The institute has been ranked 2nd in the 'Architecture' category, 23rd in the 'Engineering' category, and 75th in the 'Management' category by NIRF 2023. The institute has been ranked by several international organisations as well. NIT Calicut is ranked 204th in the 'Southern Asia University' category and 651-700 in the 'Asia University' category by the QS World University Rankings 2024. NIT Calicut, established in 1961, is one of the oldest NITs in India. It is one of the 31 institutions of National Importance. The Engineering Institute has 15 departments, through which it offers BTech, BArch, MTech, MBA, MPlan, MS, and PhD. BTech is the most popular programme offered by NIT Calicut. Admission to these courses is based on the national-level entrance exam, such as JEE Main, GATE, CAT, IIT JAM, etc. During NIT Calicut placements 2023, the highest and average packages stood at INR 50 LPA and INR 13.77 LPA, respectively.
